Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Dream Recharge, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, due to the nature of digital goods and recharge services, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only processed under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Failed Transactions

If a recharge or bill payment is attempted and the amount is deducted from your wallet but the service is not delivered (Operator Failed), the entire amount will be refunded to your Dream Recharge Wallet automatically. This process usually takes place instantly, but in rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

3. Pending Transactions

If a transaction status is "Pending", users must wait for the final status from the operator (usually within 15 minutes to 24 hours). If the final status is "Failed", a refund will be initiated. If "Success", no refund is possible.

4. Wrong Number Recharge

The user is solely responsible for entering the correct mobile number, DTH subscriber ID, or Bill account number. Dream Recharge is not liable for recharges done on wrong numbers due to user error, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

5. Wallet Balance

Balance added to the wallet is non-transferable to a bank account and can only be used for services available on the portal (Recharge, Bill Pay, etc.).
