1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FF Recharge mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and FF Enterprise ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2 Description of Service

FF Recharge is a digital platform that provides the following services:

Mobile Recharge

Prepaid and postpaid mobile recharge services for major Indian telecom operators:

  • Jio
  • Airtel
  • Vi (Vodafone Idea)
  • BSNL

DTH Recharge

Direct-to-Home television recharge services for the following providers:

  • Airtel DTH
  • Dish TV
  • Sun Direct
  • Tata Play
  • Videocon D2H

Digital Wallet

A secure in-app digital wallet that allows users to add funds and use them for recharges and other supported transactions within the App.

Referral Program

A referral program that rewards existing users for inviting new users to the platform. Referral rewards and terms may vary and are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

3 User Registration

To use the App, you must register an account by providing a valid Indian mobile phone number. The registration process includes the following:

  • Phone Number Verification: You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS to verify your mobile number. You must enter the correct OTP to complete registration.
  • MPIN Security: After verification, you will be required to set up a secure MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number). This MPIN acts as your primary authentication method for accessing the App and authorizing transactions.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MPIN and account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

Never share your MPIN with anyone. FF Recharge will never ask for your MPIN via phone call, SMS, or email.

4 Wallet & Payments

Adding Money

You can add funds to your FF Recharge wallet using the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Net Banking
  • Debit Cards / Credit Cards

Wallet Balance

Funds added to your wallet are stored securely and can be used for any recharge transaction within the App. Wallet balances are non-transferable to other users and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Refund to Wallet

In the event of a failed recharge or transaction error, the debited amount will be automatically refunded to your FF Recharge wallet. Please refer to Section 6 (Refund Policy) for complete details.

Transaction Records

All wallet transactions, including additions and recharges, are recorded within the App. Users can view their complete transaction history at any time.

5 Recharge Services

Processing

When you initiate a recharge, the App processes your request through authorized third-party service providers and telecom operators. Recharges are typically processed instantly but may take up to 24 hours depending on operator and network conditions.

Success & Failure

Upon successful processing, you will receive a confirmation within the App. In case of a failed recharge, the transaction will be marked accordingly in your transaction history, and the amount will be handled as per our refund policy.

Operator Responsibility

FF Recharge acts as an intermediary platform. The actual recharge service is provided by the respective telecom operator or DTH service provider. We are not responsible for plan details, validity, benefits, or any changes made by the operators to their plans or services.

6 Refund Policy

Automatic Wallet Refund

If a recharge fails after the amount has been deducted, the amount will be automatically credited back to your FF Recharge wallet within 24 to 72 hours. You will be notified of the refund via the App.

No Cash Refund

All refunds are processed exclusively to your FF Recharge wallet. We do not provide refunds via cash, bank transfer, or any other payment method. Wallet balances from refunds can be used for future recharges within the App.

For successful recharges, no refund or reversal is possible as the amount is already processed by the telecom or DTH operator.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund has not been credited correctly, please contact our support team at support@ffenterprise.in with your transaction details. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 7 working days.

7 User Responsibilities

As a user of FF Recharge, you agree to the following:

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your mobile number and recharge details. We are not liable for recharges made to incorrect numbers due to user error.
  • Lawful Use: You must use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
  • No Misuse: You shall not attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App, its systems, or its referral program for unauthorized benefits.
  • No Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent transactions, use of stolen payment credentials, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
  • Single Account: Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses or promotional offers is prohibited.

8 Intellectual Property

All content within the FF Recharge App, including but not limited to the app name, logo, design, user interface, graphics, text, software code, and underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of FF Enterprise.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the App
  • Use the FF Recharge brand, logo, or content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices within the App

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Operator Issues: FF Recharge is not responsible for any issues arising from the telecom operators or DTH providers, including but not limited to plan changes, service outages, incorrect plan benefits, or delayed activations.
  • Network Delays: We are not liable for transaction failures, delays, or errors caused by network connectivity issues, server downtime, or third-party payment gateway failures.
  • Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances shall FF Enterprise be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
  • Service Availability: We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

10 Termination

FF Enterprise reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized activity on your account
  • Misuse of the referral program or promotional offers
  • Creating multiple accounts or engaging in any form of system exploitation
  • Any activity deemed harmful to the platform, its users, or its partners

Upon termination, your access to the App will be revoked, and any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited depending on the reason for termination. If the termination is not due to a policy violation, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to use your remaining wallet balance.

11 Changes to Terms

FF Enterprise reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications or email. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
